Newsweek Magazine: Dr. Patronella Named One of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons

Newsweek Magazine and Statista announced Dr. Christopher Patronella earned a position on their prestigious “America’s Best Plastic Surgeons of 2023” list for the third year in a row. Dr. Patronella was named one of America’s best plastic surgeons for facelift surgery, breast augmentation, liposuction, and rhinoplasty.
Plastic surgeons were selected for the list based upon three data sources:
1. Online survey by state
2,000 medical experts with a knowledge of plastic surgery (doctors/surgeons, plastic surgery clinic manager and medical professionals) were invited to participate in an online survey in cooperation with Newsweek. Over 8400 votes for plastic surgeons were collected and analyzed for each cosmetic surgery procedure.
2. Quality Score
Survey participants assessed the quality of care each plastic surgeon provided for various areas including the consultation with the doctor, complications, and postoperative care.
3. Certification
Plastic surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, considered one of the most rigorous boards, received 5 percent towards their total score.
